HANSEN TONG, Co-Founder
Prior to working as an attorney, Hansen was a sub-project manager at Northrop Grumman Space Technology where he managed over $40 million dollars worth of mechanical and electrical components. Now, Hansen specializes in Internet law, technology agreements, social media agreements, online advertising, marketing and privacy, and intellectual property issues.
Hansen Tong began and completed his undergraduate education at Michigan State University in East Lansing. He graduated from the Eli Broad College of Business with a degree in Supply Chain Management. In addition to his degree, he was also awarded the title of Broad Scholar.
After working for a Fortune 100 company for a number of years, Hansen matriculated to Loyola Law School and earned his juris doctorate. At Loyola, Hansen was an active member of Loyola Law’s student body: a founding member of the Loyola Law School Human Rights Clinic and a Research Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review.
When Hansen is not lawyering or checking in on the latest tech trends, you can find him on the slopes in the winter and on the waves in the summer.
CHARLES GARNSEY, Co-Founder
Charles has a background in television production, experience at one of the industry’s top talent agencies, and with the world’s largest producer of Spanish-speaking content. Charles has honed his negotiating skills over the years with and against a broad range of studios, licensees, law firms, and production outlets and has extensive experience structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating.
Charles attended Syracuse University for his undergraduate degree and received a double major in broadcast journalism and history. Following stints at ESPN and Fox Sports, he attended Loyola Law School and earned his juris doctorate. At Loyola, Charles participated in both the Entertainment Law Review and was an officer in the Environmental Law Society.
In his free time, Charles enjoys playing hockey, rooting for the Detroit Lions, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
